How long will my repair take?
Each repair requires a different amount of time to complete. It would be best to speak with a customer service representitive when you drop your device off as it will depend on what devices are currently in the queue.
Does my repair come with a warranty?
Of course! We offer one year warranty with any repair unless stated otherwise! For more information, check out our warranty page.
I only have a small crack on my screen, do I need to change the entire display?
We will always try to lower the cost of your repair by only replacing what is absolutely necessary as we know times are tough at the moment. It isn't always possible to replace just what is broken, you may need to ask one of our staff for your particular circumstance.
Are you an Apple authorised store?
We are a third-party repair shop who specialises in the repair and refubishement of electronic devices not limited to brand such as; phones, tablets, laptops, desktops, consoles and retro tech.
What should I do before handing my device over?
Knowing which device you own is a big help as there are so many different models these days, it will cut your booking time down just by knowing this! It is also always recommended to back up your device, regardless of what repair you are booking in.
Will using Hazelden Tech Solutions, void my warranty?
Unfortunately, yes. Using our repair services will void any manufacturers warranty due to us not having any affiliation with any brands or companies.
Do you use original or genuine parts?
We always try to use genuine parts when available but it is unfortunately not always possible. We will always use the BAQ (Best Available Quality) parts on the market.
Why do you ask for my PIN or password before repair?
Providing your pin/passcode/password may be required for your repair if it relates to the access of the issue we are attempting to resolve. We may be able to repair your device without but in most instances, we can get your device back to you faster if provided.
