Amazing.. after a few days of trying to fix an update on my iPhone that just left my phone non responsive. Hazelden sorted it for me in the day, saving both my data and giving me the update on my phone. Really efficient, friendly and reasonably priced service. Very happy customer!

Very efficient service. Phone was ready the same day despite me dropping it off quite late in the afternoon. I was quoted for replacing the screen but once the phone was opened up it turned out to be a smaller job than originally quoted, saving me money. Really helpful, friendly staff too.

I visited the first time that repair shop. Josh was really welcoming and he did a brilliant job managing to fix my Samsung S20+ broken screen in less than an hour with a genuine replacement. He kept me informed about everything.

I was having an issue with my phone not charging. Went to Hazelden to see if it could be fixed. The man in the shop took a quick look, diagnosed the issue and 15 minutes later, I was gone with a fully working phone again and was only charged £15. Would highly recommend and would use again.
