Why do you ask for my PIN or ID before repair?

Providing your pin/passcode before the repair is an essential part of our testing process. We use software which allows us to test every aspect of your device and will let us know if there are any issues before and after the repair to ensure everything is fully working for you. At no time is your personal data accessed in any way.

Does Hazelden use original parts?

The majority of parts are OEM (Original Equipment Manufactured and QC tested). We only use the BAQ (Best Available Quality) parts on the market.
We are so confident in the quality of our screens that we offer a one year warranty! For more details please see here.

We may be able to provide genuine parts for certain devices, ask for more information.

Are we an Apple authorised supplier?

No. We are an express service that utilises the highest quality parts that are quality controlled.

I only have a small crack on my screen, do I need a full-screen replacement?

Unfortunately, most replacement screens come as a complete unit. So we do a full-screen replacement regardless of the size of the crack in your screen and all our screen replacements come with a one year warranty.

If I use Hazelden will this void my Manufacturer’s warranty?

Like most third-party repair services, use of our service can void your manufacturer’s warranty. The good news is we provide our own warranty for all our repairs! For more details please click here.

How does the walk-in service work?

Our walk-in service allows you to have your phone repaired straight away! You can see the time required for each repair when you book on our website.

Does my repair come with warranty?

There is a one year warranty on most device repairs. Please check our terms and conditions for more details.

What should I do before handing over my device?

Please make sure you know which phone you have as it will make your booking in experience seamless. Whilst your device is in safe hands with us, it is always recommended that you back up your device and reset it back to the factory settings beforehand for security purposes.

How long does a repair take?

We provide an express repair service. Common devices can be repaired in-store within 30 minutes, whilst postal repairs are between 24-48 hours.
